There are many who say that we throw around the word heretic far too often. There's some truth to that but that doesn't mean we should shy away from it completely. The question is when is a teaching heresy and when is it an honest disagreement?

Irrelevant?
We keep hearing how the church is becoming more irrelevant if we continue to adhere to the Scriptures. Only by accepting the changes culture wants us to make will we survive and continue to be a part of the world. Can we abandon sound doctrine to remain relevant? What are we risking?

Yoga Pants, Bloggers, and Modesty
Of all the things to be in the news, yoga pants is going strong. Recently, a state senator from Montana crafted a bill to ban leggings and yoga pants as lewd along with similar clothing on men such as Speedos. A few weeks ago, Christian blogger Veronica Partridge was savagely attacked for her decision to not wear them in public. Are we making a lot out of nothing as some suggest or is this something we need to address? Are the lewd?

Fifty Shades of Hurt
The Fifty Shades of Grey Movie comes out this weekend. After the unmerited success of the books, Hollywood is expecting the film to make a mint. Will a movie that demonstrates the BDSM lifestyle actually make money? Is this a healthy way to live?
